Fabulous place. Received several flower arrangements for my Moms funeral service from here and they were beautiful! I personally ordered small table arrangements for the family celebration—they were just perfect. The ladies in the shop were so kind and so accommodating. I would definitely use them again!

I called Ambati Flowers from my home here in mid Missouri on Wednesday Nov. 26 to order flowers for a cousin’s funeral service scheduled on Saturday Nov. 29, 2025. I called approximately an hour before store closing. Kathy took my call and was patient and very helpful despite the fact that this was the day before Thanksgiving, and I’m sure she and everyone else in the shop were hoping to wrap up business a little early so they could finish getting ready for their own Thanksgiving Day celebrations. Kathy gave me every consideration with flower selection, bouquet arrangement, sympathy card details, and assurance that my order would be delivered to Langeland Family Funeral Home, on the west side of Kalamazoo, in plenty of time for the service on Saturday. To say I’m more than satisfied with price and service delivery is an understatement. Kathy is a gem, and her customer service and expertise helped make my bittersweet task easy and comfortable. I totally forgot to order the corsage for my son’s formal date and went in just a few days before the dance. The ladies there graciously allowed us to place our order and made a beautiful wrist corsage for his date. I will use them again and again! They are kind, flexible and make absolutely beautiful arrangements!!

I ordered flowers for a coworker who said goodbye to her beloved pet. The website was very easy to navigate and I could customize a card, as well as specify that I didn't want any substitutions to keep the flowers pet safe. They arrived beautiful and handled with care.

It is usually quite difficult to send a tropical arrangement from The Tropics (Key West, Fl) to Kalamazoo, MI as it’s just not a popular arrangement! Ambati Flowers did not disappoint as is evidenced below! With this success, they have just become my go to shop for my K’zoo friends!!
